Lecture by Dr. Adam Mrozowicki on the regulation of platform work at Cornell University, USA

On March 4, 2024, INCA partner Dr Adam Mrozowicki, from the University of Wrocław team, held a guest lecture during the course “Changing Industrial Relations in Europe” (by dr. Vincenzo Maccarrone) at the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell’s University, USA.

Dr. Mrozowicki presented the results of the analyses of social partners’ discourse around platform work regulation carried out within the WP2 of the INCA project. He also discussed the forms and dynamics of labour protests in the platform economy in Poland.

Dr. Mrozowicki started his half year long Fulbright visiting research fellowship at the ILR School on the 1st of March 2024. He will study essential workers’ collective responses to the interlinked crises at work focusing, among others, on the situation in health care and warehouses.
