The Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society is one of the leading research groups in Europe at the intersection of law, technology, and society. It is premised on the multidisciplinary study of socio-technical change, aiming at understanding the interaction of technology and social and normative practices, in order to clarify how regulatory challenges of socio-technical change can be addressed.

Role in INCA: The Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society team is the leader of certain tasks in WP5 and WP8, and is participating in different tasks in WP3, WP4, WP5, WP6 and WP8.

Inge holds expertise in the areas of competition law, platform regulation and the governance of data-driven innovation. Her work often has an interdisciplinary angle, combining approaches at the interface of law & economics with law & technology. Inge also comments and advises on new legislative and policy initiatives with regard to the regulation of digital services, innovation and data, including the Digital Markets Act, the Digital Services Act, the Data Governance Act and the Data Act.
