On 29 January to 1 February, the IX SISEC conference will be held in Pavia (Italy) under the title ‘Visible and invisible in changing capitalism: enterprises, labour, territories and policies’.
The annual conference aims to be a place for reflection, deepening and contamination between different approaches, using these keys to understand the dynamics of contemporary capitalism from a plurality of points of view. The agenda of the event consists of an extensive programme with many talks on a variety of topics and among the speakers will be two UNIBO researchers from the INCA team.
On the one hand, on 29 January, Maurilio Pirone will give a presentation titled ‘Work multiplication and algorithmic control: Amazon as an ecosystem’.
On the other hand, on 30 January, Mattia Frapporti will speak on ‘The carbon foot-print of digital infrastructure. Research trajectories to be prepared to AI revolution’.
