Bucharest OIL workshop: “Co-design space: platform creation and process governance”
On May 22, the workshop “Co-design space: platform creation and process governance” took place as part of the INCA Open Innovation Lab process in Bucharest.
Our partner URBASOFIA organised and conducted the activity in collaboration with ADIZMB. The activity aimed to engage in a fruitful and enriching discussion with different local stakeholders regarding the final output of the Bucharest pilot: namely, guidelines for developing an alternative platform to Facebook that could strengthen and boost civic participation and allow more transparent and accessible public services through an online platform.
During the workshop, participants discussed different aspects of the final guidelines, starting from the insights gathered in previous phases of the process, particularly from the questionnaire titled “Rethinking Social Platforms: Co-creating an Ethical Alternative to Facebook in Bucharest.” Thanks to the participants’ expertise and strong engagement, the workshop successfully achieved its objectives.
The URBASOFIA team is already working on the next activity to continue engaging stakeholders to ensure a participatory and co-designed process with different local entities and experts.
