SUMMARY:INCA team at the 9th APA Congress
DESCRIPTION:From July 14 to 18\, the 9th Congress of the Portuguese Anthropological Association (APA) will take place in Viana do Castelo\, Portugal\, with participation from our colleagues at the University of Barcelona\, Fabiola Mancinelli and Verna Alcalde. \nOn July 16\, INCA members will present a paper titled “Content Moderation and Lifestyle Migration: Ethnographic Insights into Barcelona’s Digital Workforce” as part of the panel “Rooted or Remote: Exploring the Impact of Digitally Mediated Work on Mobility and Belonging.” This panel aims to encourage reflection on how changes in the work environment influence people’s perceptions\, aspirations\, and practices related to mobility and immobility throughout different life stages and contexts.
