SUMMARY:INCA researchers at IX SISEC - PAVIA 2025 Conference
DESCRIPTION:On 29 January to 1 February\, the IX SISEC conference will be held in Pavia (Italy) under the title ‘Visible and invisible in changing capitalism: enterprises\, labour\, territories and policies’. \nThe annual conference aims to be a place for reflection\, deepening and contamination between different approaches\, using these keys to understand the dynamics of contemporary capitalism from a plurality of points of view. The agenda of the event consists of an extensive programme with many talks on a variety of topics and among the speakers will be two UNIBO researchers from the INCA team. \nOn the one hand\, on 29 January\, Maurilio Pirone will give a presentation titled ‘Work multiplication and algorithmic control: Amazon as an ecosystem’. \nOn the other hand\, on 30 January\, Mattia Frapporti will speak on ‘The carbon foot-print of digital infrastructure. Research trajectories to be prepared to AI revolution’. \n
